This Hub brings together all the initiatives funded through the South Australian and Australian Government’s $10 million Strengthening the VET Workforce investment. These initiatives aim to build a skilled, confident and sustainable VET and ACE workforce.

Our vision for a strong South Australian ACE and VET workforce
South Australia’s growing industries – including defence, construction, early childhood education, and health – are increasing the demand for skilled workers. This also means there is a growing need for educators, trainers, and support staff who prepare and empower students and learners for success in these jobs.
The Strengthening the VET Workforce Implementation Framework outlines how South Australia will build, support, and sustain a high quality VET workforce. The framework helps ensure educators and the wider ACE and VET workforce have the skills, confidence and recognition they need to support learners now and into the future.
